Although the process of therapy can be difficult, it doesn’t have to be difficult every minute of every session. We provide a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere so you can truly be in whatever mood you need to be that day no judgement, no worries. Yet, sometimes the days we get the most difficult work done, we also find that taking life seriously doesn’t always mean being miserable.
